That’s a frustration, especially when trades are time-sensitive. It’s not ideal to find out after logging in that the platform is down. A notification on the website would help prevent confusion.

However, the team is working on a website revamp and new trading functionality, so I’m hopeful we’ll see improvements soon. A minor annoyance, but solvable—hopefully before any big opportunities are missed.
